Peruse blog posts at your leisure.

Welcome to my … I’m not sure what to call it. blog? I started this page as a way to consolidate the updates and reflections I found myself pondering as I embarked on my mental health counseling career. If you’re here looking for answers, I’m sorry to say you will likely be disappointed. Within these digital walls, you will instead find words that represent my own thoughts and passionate plans fueled by questions – often deep and sometimes painful questions – regarding all things mental health and wellness. If you choose to peruse, I hope you come across something that allows you to pause and reflect on your own journey, your own thoughts, your own healing. It is my goal with this site to introduce a very real and very raw part of me so that you feel like you are getting a glimpse of who I am, even if we don’t know each other in person. I am leaving you with a piece of me in every one of these posts, in the hopes that you are able to feel the truth behind these words: I am so glad you are here.
