✓ Sliding Scale: You may apply for sliding scale eligibility, please reach out for more info.

✓ For out of network insurance: I can provide a superbill at a frequency of your desire that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I suggest you inquire with your provider on potential coverage in advance.

Individual Therapy

I provide trauma therapy to individuals, 18 and older, who are looking for a trusted, compassionate partner to embark on their healing journey with. Most of my clients struggle with symptoms that are a result of complex or chronic trauma that continue to disrupt their everyday life. I have particular training and expertise in working with individuals who have experienced:

Attachment wounds
Childhood abuse & neglect
Chronic or complex trauma (including relational or developmental trauma)
DID, OSDD & other dissociative disorders
Dysregulated emotions
Human (sex or labor) trafficking
Organized & extreme abuse (ritual abuse, mind control)
Relationship issues
Repeated traumatic events
Unexplained somatic (body) pains
